What to expect at each stage
The path from the form to a decision has four stages.
- Your request: a few details and a short note about your hair or scalp.
- Passing it on: we send your request to a provider near Boston so they can follow up.
- First contact: the provider calls, texts or emails to find a time for a consultation and answer early questions.
- The consultation: a licensed provider decides what is suitable for you. You can take time to think, ask for costs in writing, or say no.
If the provider calls
The call or message you get after sending a request comes from the provider. They may ask a few questions about your hair or scalp and offer a time for a consultation. It is a good moment to ask what the consultation includes, who you will see, and whether there is a charge for it.
You do not have to decide anything on that first call. Take notes, think it over, and reply when you are ready.
Who sees what you send
Only what you type into the form is passed on, and it goes to the provider handling requests near Boston. That provider uses it to reach you about a consultation. Anything you discuss at the consultation stays between you and that provider, under their own policies.
If you no longer want to be contacted, you can withdraw at any time. The privacy page has the address to write to, and replying STOP to a text stops further texts.
Share only what you are comfortable sharing. A local provider decides what is suitable at a consultation.
