On this site you will find a request form, a short description of four common types of hair and scalp consultation, an explanation of how requests are handled, and a list of questions to take to a provider. Everything is written in general terms, because what suits you depends on a consultation.
When you send a request, it goes to a provider near Boston. That provider follows up with you.
Where this site fits
Think of the process in two parts. The first part happens here: you write a short request and send it. The second part happens with a provider near Boston: they contact you, arrange a consultation, and a licensed provider looks at your hair and scalp and explains options.
This site handles only the first part. The provider handles the second, and any decision to go ahead is yours.
Where our role ends
Our role ends when your request reaches the provider. We are not part of the consultation, we do not see what you discuss, and we do not follow up on treatment. We are not a clinic and we do not offer medical advice.
If you have a concern about care you received, raise it with the provider. If you have a health worry, a doctor or dermatologist is the person to see.
